Mike, Property Manager 

Mike is one of our property managers. Mike is talented in advertising and marketing our units. He extensively screens tenants and collects rents, handles maintenance requests and fills vacant units. He is vital in record-keeping and deals with complaints from tenants and tends to emergencies. Mike helps bridge the gap as a liaison between our entrepreneurial leaders and managerial leaders with over 25 years of experience in the management business.

Mark, Maintenance Technician

Mark is one our Maintenance Technician. Mark has been part of our team since 2021 and is vital to our daily operations. Mark has been working in older homes and rehabbing them for over 30 years. He works with the rest of the maintenance team to ensure work orders are complete in a timely manner IAW HUD regulations and standards. Mark can take care of a wide variety of maintenance needs including: replacing faucets, fixing leaking drains, laying flooring, installing trimming, replacing light fixtures, sheetrock repair and so much more. 

Denise Monroe, Realtor 

Denise is a realtor that works alongside PWB. Denise prepares necessary paperwork to include sales contracts, leases, deeds and closing statements. She cooperates with property inspectors, appraisers, escrow companies and lenders to help PWB close on deals. Denise is a real asset when it comes to providing guidance and helping PWB purchase undervalued properties for the right price under the best terms. She performs comparative market analysis and estimates property values. She is licensed in both Alabama and Mississippi. Denise is a significant contributor to PWB and looks forward to a long partnership.
